I think "Once Upon a Time" are the most wonderful words...

Words ARE soooo my love language...

and when they weave themselves into a story, I'm completely hooked!

My husband discovered this about me early on...as documented by my hatbox full of love letters and notes left in my post office box in college, and throughout our nearly 18 years of marriage.

However, it's the STORY that really draws me in...

Stories captivate, they make us relive memories, they allow us to CONNECT and be apart of something that's bigger than ourselves, and at the same time, those stories show evidence of WHO people are and sometimes what they aspire to become...

My little sister went to be with Jesus at the age of 13.  I came to realize how precious her story was...how fleeting time can be...how stories can be cut short...how the things that I want to remember, are often the seemingly insignificant details...the everyday moment of a life well-lived AND the relationships that live in our hearts for a lifetime.

I met my best friend & husband in college...those moments of constant devotion made me never want to leave his side...He continues to be my support, my leader, daddy to our girls and keeper of my heart...

I get excited to see life through the lens...to be a storytelling with pictures...

MY GOAL as a photographer:

to tell the stories of YOUR family....
so that you can look at the picture and remember the YOU in that moment!!!

I get excited to see life through the lens...
To get just the right picture that captures the essence of a personality...
To capture a moment in time...
To show the happy, in meaningful & memorable ways...
so that it lives forever in the story of YOUR life!!!

YOU are a unique character in your own story…
this moment in time is part of YOUR narrative that longs to be remembered…

MY GOAL as a teacher/mentor:

to teach you how to "see life through the lens" in a unique way and to be able to utilize your camera to it's fullest...so that you don't miss those moments that are fleeting, but confidently capture them so you can cherish them forever!
